How to Prepare Sukhi Aloo Amchur ki Sabzi

Boil the potatoes in pressure cooker. Once the potatoes are boiled, peel them. Now wash the potatoes and cut them in squares. The square pieces of potatoes (aloo) should be medium in size. Now take a kadhai or a pan and heat the oil for 1 minute. I’d taken mustard oil to cook the sukhi aloo ki sabzi as I like the flavour of the oil. You can also take refined oil. The oil for this recipe should be a bit more than you usually take while cooking.
